Corrections
These get read first. If a calculator gives an answer you think is wrong, the fastest route to a fix is the exact inputs you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. If the point is factual rather than arithmetic, a note on what has changed is enough — regulatory thresholds and rules in this area move, and pages that have fallen out of date get corrected rather than removed.
Suggestions for tools
Requests for calculators are welcome. The ones that get built are the ones where the arithmetic is exact enough to be worth trusting. If a proposed tool would need us to guess at an input nobody can actually know, it usually will not get made, because a calculator that returns a confident wrong number is worse than no calculator at all.
What we do not do
We do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, paid links, link exchanges, affiliate partnerships or advertising of any kind, and no operator has any influence over what is published here. There is no need to ask, and approaches of that sort are not replied to.
We also cannot review, rate or recommend a casino, and we will not do it privately by email either. Disputes with an operator
We have no relationship with any gambling company and no ability to intervene. A complaint goes first through the operator's own complaints process, and then to the alternative dispute resolution body named in its terms, which is free to use once the internal process is exhausted or eight weeks have passed.
